Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst Adelaide (Western Suburbs)   We are seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst to support the maintenance and enhancement of our core business systems.
This role ensures that staff have the tools and technology needed to deliver excellent service across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities: – Provide ongoing maintenance and support for various systems – Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and queries, troubleshooting errors, and escalating problems to suppliers when needed.
– Liaise between internal business stakeholders and external developers or vendors, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.
– Assist the Systems and Innovation Manager with new system implementations, including business requirements gathering, process mapping, and project documentation.
– Participate in system testing, bug fixes, and regression testing.
– Generate regular reports on system performance, project status, and supplier support.
Skills and Experience: – 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in system support and troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with systems like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and Learning Management Systems.
– Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train others.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills: – Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and business requirement gathering.
