Permanent Full Time Opportunity Newcastle, NSW Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will have a level of exposure and insight into business challenges and opportunities.
This role requires someone who liaises with the business to establish a clear set of requirements and deliverables, and communicate upcoming systems changes.
You will strive to collaborate, challenge, and influence business partners and provide analytical and value-add recommendations that have a real impact on business decisions, long-range strategies, and overall business performance with a focus on delivery & completion.
You will be required to liaise with vendors and implementation teams to aid in their understanding of the finalized requirements, and in addition, prepare and conduct test plans suitable for the business.
With analysis being one of your key strengths, you will be responsible for the administration and support of the SAP HR & Payroll module and payroll applications.
Your strong continuous improvement focus will assist you in championing these applications to meet strategic needs by engaging with key stakeholders to drive innovation.
You will have demonstrated experience in executing long-term strategies and plans, including midterm plans and short-term execution.
You can identify and componentize work to deliver outcomes to the business that build towards and do not compromise long-term goals.
Your skills include working with multiple (often conflicting) goals & timelines.
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving/critical thinking, and communication skills.
You have a proven capacity to work across departmental boundaries to achieve results and effectively manage resources to deliver agreed outcomes in a multi-vendor environment.
Demonstrated experience with the SAP HR & Payroll Module is essential, and Workday will be highly regarded.
