Permanent Full Time Opportunity Newcastle, NSW Role OverviewReporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will have exposure and insight into business challenges and opportunities.
This role requires someone who liaises with the business to establish a clear set of requirements deliverables and communicate upcoming systems changes.
You will strive to collaborate, challenge, and influence business partners while providing analytical and value-add recommendations that impact business decisions, long-range strategies, and overall business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with vendors and implementation teams to aid in their understanding of finalized requirements.Prepare and conduct test plans suitable for the business.Administer and support SAP HR & Payroll module and payroll applications.Champion applications to meet strategic needs by engaging with key stakeholders to drive innovation.Execute long-term strategies and plans, including midterm plans and short-term execution.Identify and componentize work to deliver outcomes that build towards long-term goals.QualificationsYou hold relevant tertiary qualifications and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
You have proven capacity to work across departmental boundaries to achieve results and effective management of resources to deliver agreed outcomes in a multi-vendor environment.
Demonstrated experience with SAP HR & Payroll Module is essential, and Workday will be highly regarded.
