As the main point of contact, the role is responsible for problem management, continuous management and process improvement, data and system integrity, and release and change management. The Business Systems Administrator is an integral part of the Digital and Technology team for the RFDS Queensland Section, providing support for our aviation staff, including Pilots, Nurses, and Doctors.

We're looking for a system administrator who is a team player and who communicates openly and confidently. In addition, you will demonstrate-
Experience with supporting aviation management solutions relating to resource planning/rostering, compliance, safety and incident management, training and reporting. Air Maestro experience would be highly desirable. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and support skills Ability to work within a team environment and prioritise tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail Self-driven, mature attitude, able to work independently Ability to become a SME for aviation systems with primary emphasis on AirMaestro ITSM, ITBM, CMDB knowledge Service Desk or Customer Support experience Experience in release management (including Testing & Change management), problem and incident management) Qualifications/Registrations Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration or similar ITIL Foundation Certification Current QLD Drivers Licence About the RFDS (Queensland Section)
