About the role We are looking to build a Talent Pool for upcoming permanent or temporary opportunities in our Student Services Team!
The Business Systems Support Helpdesk Officer is responsible for the delivery of customer-focused helpdesk and training activities, and complex data remediation processes on the Student Services business systems to support successful and efficient customer service delivery.
About You You are a proactive, customer-focused individual with a knack for solving technical issues and a passion for continuous improvement. Your excellent communication skills allow you to navigate complex data remediation processes and deliver efficient support across multiple channels. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, you thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and supporting team performance.
