Business System Lead

We are looking for a Business System Leads to join our dynamic Group IT team.
These newly created roles are pivotal in administering, supporting, and resolving technical challenges across a range of core group business systems and applications.
Based at our Head Office in Victoria Park, Perth, you will play a key role in supporting critical business functions and driving technological advancements that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Develop, lead, and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions that drive real value and enhance performance.
Provide Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and strategic direction to team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Resolve Challenges: Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues swiftly, collaborating with cross-functional experts to ensure seamless operations and minimise downtime.
Innovate and Transform: Develop and implement creative solutions to optimise systems and processes, enabling the business to achieve its strategic objectives more effectively.
Ensure Compliance and Excellence: Oversee team operations to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and adherence to industry best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
Drive Improvement: Lead initiatives that drive technological advancements and process improvements, enhancing overall business functionality, efficiency, and compliance.
What you'll bring: Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment Technical Experience: Utilising a range of applications such as ServiceNow, JDE, Avature, JIRA or similar.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated capability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that provide real value.
Problem-Solving Expertise: A proactive problem solver with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Strong Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, coordinate team efforts, and align tasks with business objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and embrace new challenges, technologies, and ways of working.
