Business System Analyst

We are seeking an intermediate-level Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract until June 2025, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time role thereafter. Working closely with the Application Manager, the Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that Juniper's key line-of-business applications and operating systems are configured and maintained in accordance with vendor and industry best practices.Responsibilities: Ensure the continuous operation and performance of key line-of-business applications.Support upgrades, migrations, and new business system deployments.Manage changes to applications in conjunction with Change Management processes including testing and cut over.Facilitate support in investigation and resolution of application issues.Provide specialist advice to end users.Produce appropriate build, operational, and documentation i.e. business requirements, system design, configuration.Work closely with the external support team and be available for after-hours support. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field with substantial experience in the implementation of ERP solutions.Proven experience in Business Analysis, system testing and complex data migration.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead implementations and upgrades from inception to completion.Proficiency in configuring and maintaining line-of-business applications, preferably within the Healthcare or Aged Care sector.Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server Environment and SQL database management.Current business-focused IT certifications such as Agile, ITIL or Prince2 foundation level or above will be an added advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
