Experience using Ticket Tracking Tools (e.g. JIRA, VSTS/Azure DevOps).Experience as a BA involving SDLC of projects (design, development, testing, deployment).Strong stakeholder engagement (business users, developers and QA).A naturally curious approach and strong analysis skills.Knowledge/familiarity of some programming concepts (database, API). Demonstrated track record utilising industry standard best practice BA techniques.Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.Experience working with multiple business areas and a variety of stakeholdersSuccessfully delivered major business and technology solutions end to end.A Pragmatic approach to delivery in response of business demand.Ability to provide solutions and be resourceful.Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.Sound knowledge of Business Analysis principles.
