Operating across four continents (Australia, Africa - Botswana, Europe - Spain and USA - Montana), Sandfire is also delivering lasting, positive contributions to the communities where we operate.You can learn more about Sandfire on our website.About the RoleThis position is responsible for managing business systems for the Sandfire Group, primarily Pronto, the Employee Portal, QlikView, Cognos BI, TrueForm Neo and related integrations.Duties/ ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on Pronto system functionality;Manage implementations, upgrades, integrations and enhancements to Pronto software in accordance with defined project management methodology;Manage the structure/hierarchy development of the Pronto system, ensuring correct authorisation/security levels are maintained within the system;Manage the Sandfire Pronto training liability, ensuring all users are appropriately trained in the functions required of their portfolio;Conduct internal Pronto, QlikView user training (basic functions) and provide dedicated systems support;Coordinate external Pronto user training requirements with Scope Systems;Provide a central point of contact for Pronto & Employee Portal user assistance across the Sandfire Group;Liaise with Scope Systems and other consultants on all external support requirements and Scopes of Work;Ensure QlikView models are updated, maintained and aligned as source systems are updated and upgraded;Manage user licences and QlikView model access;Facilitate and oversee development of changes to existing and new QlikView models as requested by Business Unit Managers;Liaise with internal customers and external experts/consultants to improve business processes where appropriate and in line with business strategies;Liaise with Sandfire's external auditors and respond to audit queries and requests as required;Lead and/or guide other business units with system implementations, upgrades and changes as and when approved by the Head of Technology.About youDegree in Finance or Information Technology, or an equivalent recognised qualification;Minimum 5 years experience in the use and administration of PRONTO and related applications;Experience with both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies;Excellent communication, written and numerical skills.Sandfire Resources NL is a dynamic mid-tier Australian mining and exploration company which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX Ticker: SFR).Sandfire joined the ranks of Australian copper producers in 2012 following the successful construction and commissioning of its flagship 100%-owned DeGrussa Copper-Gold Mine, located 900km north of Perth in Western Australia.Sandfire moved from discovery through resource drill-out, feasibility, financing, development, and construction to first copper production within three years – a remarkable achievement which has set new benchmarks for the efficient and rapid development of resources in Western Australia.
