We're looking for a Business Support Specialist – Pronto Cloud to provide essential support to users across our organisation.
This role is suited for a proactive, personable professional who thrives on helping others, building relationships, and ensuring our team members feel empowered and supported in their use of Pronto Cloud and other business systems.

About the Role Based in a flexible hybrid arrangement (WFH and office), and reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Business Support Specialist – Pronto Cloud will serve as the primary point of contact for all ERP-related support, troubleshooting, and guidance.
This role also involves assisting Business Analysts in identifying improvement opportunities that enhance system usability, making this an excellent entry point into our organisation with a clear path for career growth in finance support, sales support, e-commerce, or technology.
