SCEE Electrical are looking for a Business Support Officer to join our project team in our Townsville office on a full-time basis.

About the Role SCEE Electrical are looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team in our Townsville office on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Business Support Officer will provide high-level administration support to our schedulers and wider team.
In partnership with the Scheduler, the Business Support Officer will enhance and maintain efficiencies with field crews by placing the correct teams in the correct locations at suitable times.
Some of your key tasks will include: Issuing work orders to Asset Inspectors, including all facets of work related to the Asset Inspection Process in line with Energy Queensland's annual program.
Enhancing and maintaining efficiencies with field crews by assisting with their enquiries.
Assisting with maintaining Scheduling registers and administrative tasks.
Assisting crews with iPad and technology as required.
Assisting crews with Customer Communication when required.
About You To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, well-developed communication and influencing skills, as well as your high-level attention to detail.
Having experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
In addition, you will have: Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Well-developed analytical skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
