Business Support Officer - Open Space and Community Facilities Job No:CCC965 Location:Cessnock About the opportunityWe're looking for a passionate Business Support Officer to join the Open Spaces and Community Facilities team. Providing essential assistance to the Works and Infrastructure directorate, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes, from document management to correspondence preparation. This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You'll be the backbone of our office, coordinating meetings, managing documents, and providing high-quality customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles, exceptional organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic document management systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
