We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive business support for one of our government clients located in Perth CBD.
This is a 6-month Full-time assignment with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring efficient operations.
About the role: The role as a Business Support is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch, contributing directly to the success of organisational initiatives and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and business management support to the branch, aiding in the success of various initiatives and daily operations.
Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business management processes and procedures to improve branch efficiency.
Manage the Director's diary with precision, including scheduling appointments, coordinating commitments, and ensuring seamless organisation of all engagements.
Serve as the primary point of contact on behalf of the Director, liaising with senior management, external bodies, and various committees to ensure clear and professional communication.
Coordinate business meetings and functions, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing participant involvement to guarantee productive outcomes.
About You: You have strong administration/business support background, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
You are a confident communicator who can effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners.
Your attention to detail ensures that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, which allows you to produce high-quality documents and manage information effectively.
