Business Support Officer

About The Position The City is seeking an organised and proactive person to join the Regulatory Services branch in providing effective and efficient administration and customer service to the community.
The Business Support Officer role provides a high standard of administrative support to the four business units within the Regulatory Services branch, allowing effective coordination of duties to ensure compliance with relevant local laws and legislation.
The position is also responsible for providing high quality customer service to the community as well as internal and external stakeholders.
The incumbent of this role ensures a professional work environment and strives to continuously improve teamwork, processes and effectiveness in the work area and across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities Provide all necessary administrative support service to the Regulatory Services branch in the key areas of records management, infringement notices, financial administration, registrations, statistical data entry, and meetings.
