We seek an experienced individual to work as part of the Infrastructure Services Directorate in a professional, efficient, and confidential manner, supporting the Managers and Directorate in achieving goals and objectives through the provision of high-level customer service and administrative support services.
Twelve (12) month term contract.Remuneration of $2,507.68 gross per fortnight plus superannuation (11.5%).Training and development opportunities.Generous leave entitlements.Your new role: Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Providing administrative coordination and support to the Civil Operations, Sewer and Stormwater, and Fleet Divisions including diary and workflow management, maintaining databases and electronic records systems, and agendas and minutes for meetings.Providing quality customer service for the functional areas of the Division.Undertaking administrative duties relevant to the role as well as assisting the Managers with calendar/diary scheduling and management of correspondence.What you will need to succeed: The successful applicant will have:
Qualifications relevant to the role i.e. Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent experience.Demonstrated administrative and customer service experience including calendar/diary scheduling and management of emails and correspondence.Highly developed communication skills.What is next?
