Job Title: Business Support Officer

As the Business Support Officer at Moyne Health Services, you will be working as a member of the Finance and Administration teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing finance support to the Business Unit, including month-end spreadsheets and support to the Business Manager in completing journals and reconciliations.Accounts payable and receivable duties as required.Carrying out administration and reception tasks, including high-level customer service, switchboard operation, and front counter duties.About You Minimum Qualifications: Working towards or have a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Business qualification OR equivalent workplace experience.Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable functions.Experience in finance-related functions including preparation of spreadsheets and month-end journals, reconciliations, and preparation of reports for further analysis.Demonstrated experience in a high-volume environment dealing with a variety of clients.Attention to detail to enter data and maintain data accuracy within software systems.Effective communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organisational skills.• Ability to show initiative and take responsibility for tasks.
