The roleA permanent opportunity currently exists for an organised and detail-oriented administration or records management professional to join our friendly, welcoming and hard-working Business Support Services team.
This role will provide a range of administrative support functions to our Planning and Environment Division with a focus on Development Applications and post consent applications.
Duties will include entering and maintaining information in our document records management system (ECM / Ci Anywhere), corresponding with customers and providing a high level of customer service, arranging and taking notes in meetings, providing related certificates and consents, and performing other general administrative tasks as required.
