This role reports into our Project Co-ordinator - Program Delivery Organisation who is responsible for overseeing the functional management of the Operations Administration ensuring consistent support across multiple areas of the business to ensure project requirements are met.Take advantage of our flexible work arrangements, including options like a 9-day fortnight and hybrid work model. This opportunity is available at our Osborne Naval Shipyard.Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating meetings, inclusive of meeting logistics, catering, minute taking, recording actions and maintaining meeting agendas Organising and supporting business events, provide customer service, escort and supervise visitors within secured areas Preparing correspondence on behalf of manager and/or team leads Ad hoc administrative or project tasks as required Data entry Effective stakeholder engagement and maintenance of positive relationships Maintain confidentiality at all timesAbout YOUYou'll have: Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal Team orientated with a lean in approach Excellent time management skills and be a motivated self-starter with high attention to detail Organisational and problem-solving skills An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels A flexible and can do attitude Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite.
