RPS has an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Business Support Officer (BSO) to provide high quality and timely administrative support to our Adelaide team.
About the role The role is varied and busy, and you could expect to be regularly involved in:
Coordinating and assisting with the preparation of fee proposals, tenders and other submissions Undertaking general business support and administrative tasks including typing, formatting and proofreading of documents, minute taking, filing and archiving Supporting the timely preparation, approval and issuing of invoices, reports, claims and other submissions Supporting the creation, review and maintenance of project financial records Arranging employee travel and accommodation Responding to and actioning incoming calls and correspondence Managing the procurement of office supplies including stationery and personal protective equipment Co-ordinating equipment for new starters and ICT replacements Assisting with logging vendor invoices and employee expense and mileage claims About you Bringing an eye for quality and accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise competing demands, you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to form relationships with a wide variety of people and be experienced working across all levels of an organisation.
We envisage you having:
