Position Type: 2 month casual temporary contract
Pay Rate: $38 per hour + Super
Location: Osborne Park, WA 6017
Role Overview: Under the guidance and leadership of senior staff, the Business Support Officer is responsible for the provision of business and administrative support services to the Executive and more broadly across the directorate.
Key Responsibilities: Understand and consider team objectives, and customer needs in work activities to inspire excellence.Work proactively with customers to enable the delivery of relevant, contemporary and professional services and governance.Work collaboratively to achieve common goals, best practice and contribute to continuous business improvement and innovation.Assist and support team leader to develop and implement practices that deliver customer centric services required in an ever-changing environment.Provide efficient business and administrative support services on behalf of the client including meetings, agendas and minutesProvide centralised business support that contribute to the ongoing management and/or development and implementation of improved systems and processes and develops knowledge of others in the application of these systemsContribute to the timely and accurate maintenance of information including registers and recordsProvide a quality assurance role in terms of data collection systemPrepare routine documents, report and provide assistance in the preparation of more complex mattersDevelop and manage routine projects and undertake investigations, research and analysis and make recommendations on findings as required.
