What you'll do:
Coordinate and administer office systems and procedures. Drive continuous improvement in office efficiency while conforming to WaterNSW policies, procedures and standards.
Provide accurate and timely business and administrative support functions to managers and staff.
Monitor and track the progress of projects and operational tasks to support management to ensure all deadlines are met.
Compile business documents including monthly reports and memorandums.
Establish and maintain effective working networks and communication relationships with staff, both within your immediate team and across WaterNSW.
Help prepare for and then support business meetings, take minutes and follow up actions as required.
What we are looking for:
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated office management experience and sound organisational, analytical and time management skills.
High level interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Sharepoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Favourable: Demonstrated ability and experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and with external service providers and stakeholders.
