We are seeking an experienced administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and community-focused organisation.

Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality administrative support to the Chairperson, CEO, and Commissioners, including diary management, travel bookings, and correspondence management.Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.Manage day-to-day operational functions of the Governance team, including records and document management for compliance.Process expenses and invoices using the commission's finance system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.About us: The Essential Services Commission is Victoria's independent economic regulator of essential services supplied by a range of industries.
The commission's functions include:
