Rheinmetall Defence Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will form part of a small, dynamic team working on the front desk, welcoming all visitors and employees daily to our Melbourne office, and interacting with the wider Operations Support team based in our other offices nationally.
About the Role The Business Support Officer - Melbourne role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Melbourne Office & Victorian operations of Rheinmetall Defence Australia. The role includes a variety of office, administrative, and reception duties, which support the everyday functioning of the business. It is customer-focused and acts as a key interface across a range of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Core hours: 0900 – 1700h, Monday to Friday.
