A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Infrastructure (VIC) Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). Genus Infrastructure VIC is an Electrical Contractor specialising in overhead powerlines and underground power distribution systems.
The Role
Genus Infrastructure VIC is seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative support to our team and projects. Based in Dandenong South, this role ensures smooth workflows, efficient project support, and high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
The Business Support Officer role involves, but is not limited to:
Provide administrative support, including credit card reconciliations, vehicle bookings, employee reimbursements, and financial reporting. Manage office operations such as reception duties, meeting coordination, office supplies, and general maintenance. Oversee PPE and uniform orders while supporting systems like Simpro, including daily reporting and quote reconciliation. Coordinate purchase orders, track back orders, and manage project close-outs with financial reconciliation and documentation. Liaise with internal teams to support accounts, delivery teams, and compliance requirements (e.g., Dial Before You Dig). Deliver excellent customer service, responding professionally to inquiries and ensuring high service standards. Always adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational requirements. Essential Criteria Qualifications in Business or Project Administration. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role. Current National Police Clearance and valid "C" Class Driver's Licence. High-level customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate knowledge of office equipment and systems. Experience in diary and travel management, and strong time management skills. Desirable Criteria Experience in the utilities, construction, or resources industry. Knowledge of systems like Definitiv, Simpro, Gearbox, Business Central, and Felix. Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines effectively. The Benefits
