YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE… Provide support on key innovation and automation initiatives Perform administrative support tasks including but not limited to drafting executive summaries from workshops, notes from inceptions, follow ups on workshops/strategy sessions as well as seeking clarity on outstanding topics Communicate with the Solution Delivery teams to drive outcomes for Insurance Provide support and coordination of change management activities, including writing/mapping, training as guided, engaging with stakeholders, drafting and seeking approval on Change on a Page communications Conduct testing (enhancements, renewals, and projects) Update and maintain various documentation including templates and ISO documentation Manage, prioritise and follow-up IT & IMS tickets A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Essential Solid organisational skills including attention to detail Proven planning and monitoring skills Ability to facilitate productive working relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to timelines Critically analyses information and solves problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, financial and commercial astuteness Solid MS Suite skills Actively shares knowledge and creates useful internal and cross-functional relationships Creates teamwork, is flexible and maintains an organized, open and approachable working style Analytical, interpersonal and communication skills such as consultation, liaison and negotiation to support stakeholders Develops and demonstrates strong personal technical skills and knowledge and is thorough and accurate with all work outputs WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging while also offering work-life balance and career development.
