Role: Provide vital contract administration support, manage key communication channels, and help streamline administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support, including contract administration, correspondence, briefings, and minute-taking 3-4 times per week.
Manage and monitor the Business Information System, ensuring effective distribution of information.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, meetings, and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and confidential manner.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of administrative systems and processes.
Prepare clear, accurate, and professional communications-whether it's agendas, writing minutes and checking briefs.
About you: Proven experience in contract administration and business information management.
This would suit someone who really enjoys minute taking.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a diplomatic approach to communication.
Experience with online meeting platforms and minute-taking.
A knack for handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency in SharePoint and Content Manager system is a plus.
Flexibility to work overtime and accommodate secondment periods if necessary.
A willingness to undergo a police check if required.
