Business Support Officer

Regional Quarries are currently seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our growing team in Gracemere QLD.
As the Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the Business Development team with the preparation of customer quotations, project tenders and submissions. 
You will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the quarry and concrete business units. Ultimately you will create and maintain good relationships with key site personnel and customers to ensure products and services are high quality and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities: Adhere to company Accounts Receivable proceduresCustomer onboardingCompare and evaluate customer quotation requestsEntry of quotation order details (e.g. customer, quantities, prices) into internal databasesClear communication with Business Development teamDatabase Housekeeping activitiesFollow-up on outstanding ordersCommunicate with internal stakeholders of customer serviceDevelop procedures that support site requirementsSupport initiative to improve systemsProvide administrative support to the Queensland Office Manager when requestedKnowledge and experience required: Proven work experience within a sales team environmentHands-on experience with Customer database systemsHighly organised and self-motivatedSolid analytical skillsStrong focus on the best interests of the businessAbility to manage risk and prioritiesStrong communication and feedback skill to other business units #J-18808-Ljbffr
