About the Business:The Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch in the Water and River Murray Division leads, coordinates and supports programs and projects across South Australia, with a primary focus on the Murray-Darling Basin.
The branch has approximately 130 staff who undertake a range of policy, corporate, ecological and construction functions to sustainably manage the State's water resources.
About the Role:The position will deliver a range of administrative services to staff and managers within the Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch including, but not limited to:
Fleet management support.Processing invoices.Maintaining organisational charts, and processing HR forms.Assisting with recruitment such as collating applications and booking interviews.Booking travel and accommodation for staff.Filing and maintaining electronic records for confidential and sensitive matters.About you:You'll be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.
You will also be a customer-service focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Past government experience is not necessary for this role, however, experience in an administrative setting will be highly desirable.Part-time working arrangements will be considered.
