About the Role The Governance, Legal, and Risk Team at CFA is seeking a Business Support Officer. Your application should highlight your ability to work independently and proactively, providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support and coordination.
If you thrive on variety and a fast-paced environment, this role is ideal for you. You will oversee administrative tasks, prioritise issues for management and staff and serve as the primary client contact with diplomacy and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing reports and documentation, ensuring proper retention and accessibility and preparing documents through research and analysis.
You will foster effective client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and coordinate schedules and travel for managers and staff, organising meetings and appointments. Additionally, you will provide secretarial support for meetings, including preparation, scheduling, catering, minute-taking and follow-up on action items. You will also handle basic financial transactions in compliance with CFA standards, supervise and guide staff and improve local systems for maximum efficiency.
