What you will be doing Reporting directly to Senior Business Advisor, you will be responsible for:
maintaining the branch's policy and procedures register and compliance with review obligations.drafting correspondence, procedures and reports.providing diary management and scheduling support for the Director, Event Strategy and Delivery.delivery of internal governance activities including processing of roll management system access requests, people and finance metrics reporting, and secretariat and administrative support at branch and leadership meetings.support the ongoing review and maintenance of our SharePoint (Electra) workshops and shopfront pages to maintain currency and accuracy of information. What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-quality administrative supportHigh-level verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environmentCommitment to the VEC's core valesHow to apply All applicants must submit:
