Primary Objective: Provide a high level of administrative support to the Regional Manager Katherine, general services support for the Katherine Regional Office, and OneNTG support for the Big Rivers Government Centre.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Regional Manager Katherine through provision of high level administration, document preparation, and secretariat functions.
Support the Katherine Regional Office with general services functions including invoice processing, corporate credit card transactions, purchasing, fleet maintenance, travel, and other administrative support; undertake accounts receivable functions as required.
Support OneNTG projects for the Big Rivers Government Centre.

Proven ability to operate individually and as a team member, exercising judgement without supervision while maintaining discretion and confidentiality, along with problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Demonstrated organization skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure and complete a diverse range of activities within deadlines.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of administrative/operational systems including purchasing, travel, and finance, and the ability to provide training in these systems.
Experience with accounts receivable processes including invoicing, debt resolution, reporting, and cash reconciliation.
Demonstrated understanding of Occupational Health and Safety, Records Management, and Equal Employment Opportunity principles including workplace diversity.
Demonstrated work ethic and attitude that emulates DCDD values of being professional, accountable, honest, respectful, and innovative.
Desirable: Experience in ECMS Credit Card Processing, Accounts Receivable, and Debt Recovery.
