ABOUT THE VETERANHUB PROJECT VeteranHub is an Australian Federal Government initiative that has been created as a stand-alone entity where all Veterans and their families can seek support and assistance with any and all needs throughout their lives. RSL Tasmania has been chosen as the Tasmanian statewide delivery partner for this program.
VeteranHub is designed for Tasmania and will be delivered statewide with a "Hub and Spoke" model. The spokes allow us to deliver services right into the communities that our Veterans and their families live in. Both Hub locations will have services on site with the capability to deliver those services on demand to the six spokes.
THE POSITION This role ensures the smooth delivery of the VeteranHub Project and VeteranHub services dedicated to veterans and their families, helping the organisation achieve its mission of Making Tasmania a place where Veterans and their families can thrive.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM An understanding and knowledge of the Veteran community. Effective organisational and time management skills. Excellent administration skills, with the ability to be empathetic in a highly sensitive environment.
