As the Business Support Officer, you will play an essential role in creating a professional and welcoming first impression at Inclusion Melbourne. You will handle a variety of reception and administrative duties that are critical to our daily operations and support the seamless delivery of our services. Your role will include managing the front office, maintaining databases, coordinating events, providing general administrative support, and importantly, offering targeted support such as rostering for our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) campuses.
To achieve these outcomes, you will: Provide excellent reception duties and administrative support across the organisation. Assist with general database management and ensure accurate data entry and exportation. Coordinate events and manage schedules to support various teams. Perform rostering duties, particularly within our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) campuses. Maintain a high standard of tidiness and presentation in all public areas and meeting rooms. Inclusion Melbourne offers a flexible work environment with hybrid working arrangements. Onsite duties are performed at our Head Office in Armadale, with occasional requirements to work across metro areas.
What we are looking for A deep commitment to supporting people with disabilities to pursue their dreams Strong administrative, database and IT skills Strong communication, sales and customer service expertise, to promote person-centred care Experience in rostering or a similar role Good working knowledge of the NDIS, and knowledge of the NDIS price guide (desirable) A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in the disability sector (desirable) Must be eligible to work in Australia NDIS Worker Screening Check Compliance with Victorian government Vaccination Mandate Current driver's license and access to a roadworthy insured vehicle. You would be required to perform duties onsite in Armadale, in addition to some meetings occurring in metro Melbourne, and as mutually agreed, opportunity to work from home.
