This will include the development and implementation of business policies and processes, managing the allocation of resources, monitoring workflow and setting priorities.Take responsibility for the continued development of staff.Have extensive experience and ability in office administration including current knowledge of business procedures and policies.Possess a high level of communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with a wide variety of clients as well as preparing clear and concise documents.High level of organisation skills and the ability to work within a high pressure environment while establishing work priorities and meeting daily deadlines in an environment of conflicting priorities.Qualifications, registrations and other requirementsIt may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16): measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, tuberculosis.Please detail any visa conditions you may have if you are not a permanent resident of Australia.We understand that some people may require adjustments to the workplace or the way the work is performed.
