The role: The Business Operations Coordinator based out of our Woolloongabba branch at Alliance Nursing will contribute to the overall success of Alliance Nursing by playing a pivotal role in providing support to the Alliance Nursing Leadership Team and ensuring the seamless functioning of the operation. This position requires the fostering of collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to deliver administrative support along with project support and coordination.
Responsibilities will include: Coordinate meetings, both internally and externally, including scheduling, agenda creation and preparation of presentation materials.Consolidate essential reports and information, facilitating smooth communication from Operations to the General Manager and Executive team.Create new reporting frameworks as requiredContribute and support current Projects and Project management teams in achieving their objectives and deadlines.Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including diary management, email management, organizing meetings.Provide administrative support to Nursing Operations Managers where requested by the General Manager.Assist the wider Nursing team with travel coordination, receipting, and invoicing.Manage inventory of uniforms to maintain consistent stock levels and ensure efficient and cost-effective supply.Assist in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, emails and newsletters to enhance engagement with clients and candidates.Support merchandising order and control processes. Detail orientated with a strong work ethic, Friendly & reliable.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage competing deadlines. High level of proficiency in using software applications such as MS Office (Word and Excel)Ability to perform data entry and update documents to a high level of accuracy.You will have strong verbal & written communication skills.Ability to manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously and within a team.2-3 Years experience in a similar role.
