Working in close collaboration with the Business Support Lead and our service delivery teams, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable customer service to internal and external stakeholders and complete varied tasks.We are looking for a 12-month fixed term full time employee who can start immediately. Job Description Tasks include but are not limited to: Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes, providing excellence in customer and client service; Accurate referral data entry and maintenance of client files in HMS case management system(s); Support teams with customer interactions as required; Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier orders; Liaison with building management and external contractors to coordinate office cleaning and repairs; maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
