As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative assistance by ensuring matters or emerging issues are attended to, preparing correspondence and timely responses to customer requests, and assisting to prepare briefing notes, presentations, and other business documents. You'll also:
Assist with finance and procurement functionsAssist in the review and update of resources including template letters, forms, and customer service reference informationAssist in the review of branch processes and proceduresContribute to a positive team environment in order to achieve a high performance, continuous improvement, and customer-focused culture.We're looking for a team member with experience providing administrative support and assistance, preparing correspondence and documentation, and well-developed organisational and time management skills.
