This position will be working 2-days per week providing business support to the Senior Executive Assistant to General Manager, and 1-day per week providing business support to the Senior Executive Assistant to Mayor.
Flexibility is offered on working hours noting there is a requirement to be available from 7am – 3pm on every second Friday, and 9am – 4.30pm on alternate Friday's.
About You Certificate III or IV in business administration or similar.
Proven experience and demonstrated abilities in high level operational and administrative support.
Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and maintaining databases, including relevant Finance and software applications.
Effective written and oral communication skills and sound attention to detail.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and cooperative approach to working with others.
Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise and complete workloads to timeframes.
