We currently have a part-time opportunity for an administrative professional to provide business support to the continuous improvement program and Steering Committee while we embed practices across our workforce. As a key person in the program, you provide a wide range of support that includes:
The further development and implementation of a Continuous Improvement Framework.Assisting the Manager, Office of the CEO in leading the Continuous Improvement Program.Assisting Executive and Senior leaders who are responsible for various continuous improvement initiatives.Supporting project working groups in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Supporting the Continuous Improvement Steering Committee including the agenda, minutes and actions process of this group.Undertaking reporting requirements and coordination of reports to ELT regarding continuous improvement initiatives.Assisting the broader organisation to document process maps for continuous improvement initiatives.Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to continuous improvement activities.To be considered for this long-term contract, it is expected you are proactive and a natural multi-tasker with significant experience in the Microsoft 365 suite. Proven knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, plus prior experience in supporting a continuous improvement team or projects would be highly advantageous.
This is a great long-term contract within a program where you can be a key contributor. This role is for 3 days a week with a schedule to be agreed with your leader.
