The role The Business Support Officer supports the Community Partnerships team through:
Assisting with the coordination, preparation and quality of all incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence for the Community Partnerships Unit including the dissemination of relevant informationEnsuring that tasks are completed effectively, efficiently, at a high quality and in accordance with agreed timeframesAssisting in the preparation of information to incorporate into monthly Council Reports and other reports as requiredProviding assistance with organising regular meetings within the Community Partnerships Unit and other meetings as requiredTo be successful in this role you will have:
