AO3 equivalent payrate $49+ p/h + super Located in Cannon Hill QLD About the role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Support Officer - Accounts Payable to join our team on a temporary basis.
This role involves high-volume data entry and administrative support within a dynamic environment.

Accurate and efficient data entry with a strong focus on reducing errors by understanding the information being processed.
Handling and processing various types of documents in a high-volume setting with adaptability and precision.
Supporting the Accounts Payable team in day-to-day tasks, including assisting other areas within the team as required.
Maintaining strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Demonstrating initiative in identifying and resolving issues independently while working collaboratively in a team environment.
About You To thrive in this role, you need: Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Outlook, and Excel is essential.
Previous experience in data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to various tasks.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality processing of documents.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high productivity.
Capacity to assist in other team areas without disruption to workflow.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (no more than 38 hours per week).
Must have full working rights in Australia.
Be able to pass and hold national police check.
