TP Human Capital, in partnership with JCU Vet, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Business Support Manager to oversee and streamline the hospital's administrative and operational functions.
Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across both clinical and non-clinical areas.
In this multifaceted role, you will: Lead and Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of finance, administration, human resources, and facility management.Strategic Financial Oversight: Drive business strategies, manage budgets, and provide financial reporting to support the hospital's strategic goals.Collaborate with Leadership: Work with JCU leaders and the Board of Directors to implement strategies that achieve hospital goals, including coordinating quarterly board reports.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service delivery at reception, fostering a positive experience for all patients and clients.HR and Compliance: Manage recruitment, payroll, WHS, and employee development initiatives.Collaborative Operations Management: Work closely with the Clinical Support Manager to align hospital operations with clinical objectives.Marketing and Community Engagement: Take an active role in promoting JCU Vet's services, building relationships with community partners, and overseeing marketing efforts.About You: People-Focused Leadership: You're committed to a collaborative, team-centred approach.Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a related field, along with proven experience in operational management, financial administration, and people leadership.Communication and Customer Service: Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive team engagement.Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: A proactive approach to continuous improvement with a sound understanding of WHS and compliance in a fast-paced environment.For more information please go to: TP Human Capital Careers
