Business Support ManagerFull-time TemporaryDetails: Join Access Canberra as a Business Support Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Parking Operations and Traffic Camera Compliance teams.
In this dynamic position, you will design and implement improvements to business processes, policies, and ways of working, supporting organisational changes and boosting team performance.
Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs, assisting with compliance initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts to help us achieve our vision of a safe and liveable city.As a Business Support Manager, you will develop and maintain written processes, procedures, and guidelines by interpreting and applying legislation.
You will draft briefs and minutes for executive approvals; foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders; use data and insights to inform priorities and measure success; and represent the area at meetings.To excel in this role, you will need strong skills in developing and maintaining clear processes and guidelines, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, and a proven ability to identify and implement business improvements.
You should be able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience in a high-pressure environment, and commit to building a positive workplace culture.
