As the Business Support Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of tasks and providing various administrative services to support the objectives of the team.
This is an onsite role 5 days per week from Monday to Friday and provides support to Reception.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:
Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit including support to Reception.Provide administrative and other support services such as calendar management, meeting support and coordination, document management and other services as required to support the team.Provide financial support including setting up new suppliers, processing purchase orders and invoices to support efficient financial and procurement processes within the team.Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.About You We are seeking an individual who is able to balance competing priorities and stakeholder demands, delivering work professionally and efficiently whilst maintaining a high-quality customer service ethic that meets business needs. The Business Support Coordinator will drive and support the team to deliver outcomes and proactively identify opportunities to assist the team to ensure program deadlines are met.
