You will provide high-quality, trustworthy, executive support to the Executive Director, managing complex email and calendar requirements and coordinating workflow. You will undertake a range of discrete, and often confidential, project tasks. You will act as a pivotal point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will have proven experience dealing with senior executives.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEProvide a wide range of Business Support Coordinator support functions to the Executive Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and compilation of meeting papers.Provide a wide range of administrative and business support functions within the Division, including providing quality assurance and assisting with the management of ministerial and official departmental correspondence.Provide support to the Manager Directorate Services as required.COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances.
