About the role: The Business Support Coordinatorprovides executive and administrative support to the Collaborative Centre.
Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, the Business Support Coordinator provides timely support to the Co-CEOs, Directors, the operational teams and provides secretariat support to key working groups of the Collaborative Centre.
The Business Support Coordinator ensures timely and accurate coordination of communications, purchasing and payments, HR administration, information and records management, and other business support activities.

How you'll make a difference: Provide a range of executive and administrative support functions to Collaborative Centre Co-CEOs, Directors and operational teams. This includes supporting Directors in managing diaries and providing quality administrative support to committees, working groups and meetings.Effectively manage and develop office processes that provide quality support to the broader operational team in business and administrative functions such as ensuring timely approvals are gained from appropriate authority holders, processing of payments, records management, and employee onboarding and offboarding activities.Utilising emotional intelligence skills, foster a positive culture within the organisation. This includes flexibly responding to the support needs of the Co-CEOs, the wider executive office and leadership teams.Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity with external stakeholders to ensure a positive experience when engaging with the Collaborative Centre, including confidentiality and cultural safety.Develop and maintain executive support and administrative processes that assist with effective and efficient functioning of the Centre.Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.To learn more please click 'Apply' to view the Position Description on the Careers.vic website.
