Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.

As a Business Support Coordinator for the Triton Program, you'll bring your expertise to ensure seamless operations and effective site setup, supporting our management teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role Set up and manage new site operations, leveraging your experience to establish strong operational and administrative frameworks.Lead business meetings and create critical business support documents, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.Oversee accounts payable, applying your expertise to manage invoices accurately and on time.Manage monthly invoicing in collaboration with the Finance Analyst, using your financial acumen to ensure precision.Coordinate and support management teams, both locally and remotely, ensuring smooth daily operations with your organisational know-how.Ensure efficient site setup and ongoing operational management, drawing on your experience to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments.About You Extensive experience as a Business Support Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong background in site operations and administration.Highly organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates team needs, and adapts to changing circumstances.Desire to support and foster a collaborative team environment, promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on bringing efficiency, order, and expertise to all operations.This role requires relocation to Tindal, Northern Territory and will come with relocation assistance, remote working and living allowances.
