A little about the role Key Assets is excited to be expanding our national presence and establishing services in the ACT.
From 1 January 2025, we'll be integrating and developing a range of services, including foster care, kinship care, family preservation and after care.

We are seeking expressions of interest for this unique and exciting opportunity to be part of our ACT inception.
As a Business Support Coordinator with Key Assets, you will ensure delivery of comprehensive and flexible administrative support services to enable the Key Assets ACT team to function effectively in line with Key Assets Vision and Values.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Responding to telephone calls, allocating messages to staff, and handling general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and liaising with suppliers.Communicating effectively with foster carers, children, young people, and other stakeholders to provide high levels of support and service.Assisting in financial administration, including invoicing, staff expenses, and reconciling company credit cards and petty cash.Coordinating meeting arrangements and providing hospitality services, ensuring refreshments and venues are arranged as required.The salary for this role is $81,213.24 - $87,067.62/annum (1.0 FTE inc. super) + NFP salary packaging options.
This role is full-time, ongoing based at our Canberra office.
About you To help us grow our services in Canberra, you'll ideally come with:
A qualification in Administration, Computing, Business Administration, or a related field.Two years' experience in an office or administrative support role.Strong knowledge of the use of IT and electronic communications including the use of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.Experience working with financial systems, including invoicing and basic financial administration.Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with young people and stakeholders at all levels.Experience of working in a welfare/care environment (Desirable).My Key Assets The health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee and client experience.
