Business Support Coordinator

As our highly valued Business Support Coordinator based in Sydney, your role will be working within a broader integrated Business and Enterprise Services team. You will sit in the Operations department, which supports the operational functions of the business. The teams in this department are diverse and encompass Customer Operations, Lending, Operational Risk, Strategic Partnerships, and Enterprise Services.
As Business Support Coordinator, your role is to establish active relationships with stakeholders and vendors internally and externally and provide communication with respect to visitor management, meeting and event support, contract management, invoicing, and facilities matters within agreed timeframes and budgets.
You are the key representative between Business Services and our internal stakeholders and service providers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support in relation to the use and operation of our Sydney office and actively manage our vendor relationships. Your work contributes to a culture of exceptional service, leveraging your commitment to excellence and professional work ethic to achieve our team and organisational goals.
You'll make an impact by: Welcoming visitors and guests to the officeAssisting in facilitating event coordination and hospitality managementEnsuring our conference rooms are maintained to the highest standardsAssisting with AV support and troubleshooting in conjunction with our Brisbane based technology support and help desk teamProviding business services and facilities management support to our Hubs and branchesTo succeed in this role, you will have: Front of house professional office role where you have managed multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Concierge or customer-facing role with administrative responsibilities.Sound information management capabilities, medium level Microsoft skills including presentations, spreadsheets, PowerPoint and word processing.Business, Finance, Administration qualifications are desirable.Why Great Southern Bank?
