About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis. This position would provide you exposure with working on a diverse range of urban and regional projects. You will be working with developers, state government agencies, local Councils, external consultants and our own team of in-house professionals.Our team works tirelessly to guide clients through the entire planning, design and construction processes. We are regularly involved in projects from concept development, through land use approvals, environmental assessments and land surveys through to engineering and architectural designs.Our goal is to provide a service that exceeds clients' needs for a quality and professional project that is delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general and project administration support to the General Manager and team.Preparation and formatting of bid/tender proposals.Assist with IT issues by advising the external provider of problems and following up on outcomes.Arrange events and office-based initiatives, including staff morning and afternoon teas, Christmas party and health and fitness initiatives.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.Assist with HSEQ tasks including annual audits and project audits.Coordinating travel arrangements as required.Representation as fire warden and participation in the Health and Safety committee.Qualifications3+ years' experience in an administration role.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite packages.Required ExperienceStrong people skills and ability to partner with a dynamic team.Demonstrated office administrative experience.Understanding of basic marketing, HR and IT procedures.Strong time management and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines.Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to Premise vision, mission and foundations.Flexible and works well in a fast-moving environment, driving clarity and solutions.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability, always looking to do something that will add value to the team.Excellent written and verbal communication.PerksBirthday LeaveStudy Assistance ProgramFlexible work arrangementsReward ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Milestone RewardsAnnual $250 wellbeing subsidy#J-18808-Ljbffr
